Total berth length is 1350 m with possibility to accommodate the vessels with draft up to 9,8 m.
For hull structures formation the Shipyard has guillotines and hydraulic cold-forming presses with force up to 800 t. Computer-controlled plasma cutter used for cutting sheet metal in curved or angled shapes.
The Shipyard has modern welding equipment and capable to carry out wide range of hull, pipe and other welding works, including recondition of the bronze propellers, stainless steel, variable alloys and titanium welding and soldering.
For anchor chains repair the Shipyard has the heat treatment and certified strength testing machine.
Modern UTM equipment are used for hull structures flaw detection.
Certified pitch measuring device is used for propellers geometry checking.
Propellers statical balancing and turbochargers rotors dynamic balancing are carried out on certified balancing machines.
Mechanical workshop is equipped with turning machine for shafts reconditioning (shaft length up to 11 meters and weight up to 20 tones) and other machining equipment for full range of machining works for variable materials.
Electrical workshop is fully equipped for all necessary works, including generators and motors repairs up to 1500 kW. For test trials of diesel generators we use 1000 A portable loading station. For ships with frequency 60Hz for shore power supply we have special frequency transformers.
Machinery equipment for all purposes permit to carry out the repairs for ship’s mechanical equipment including main engines repair. The high pressure receptacles and equipment can be tested on calibrated and certified test rig.
Shipyard has forging and foundry workshops.
The Shipyard qualified staff and modern repair technologies provide a high quality for the full range of repairs - commencing from the hulls cleaning and painting and followed by engines repair and cabins furnishing.
Latest software is used by the Shipyard's Design Department for technical documentation and construction drawings development.
